What Kind of Choices are You Making in Regards to Fat Loss

I wanted to share with you today a quick video from one of my mentors. His name is John Maxwell and he is an expert on leadership. Now, I know this blog is all about health and fitness but his brief videos, which is entitled “Minute with Maxwell” can apply to everyone. In this video you are going to hear Maxwell talk bout choices. Go ahead and listen!

Now, let me ask you a question. What “Choices” are you making in regards to fat loss and your fitness goals. Remember you are the one who is responsible. I am tired of hearing people blame someone or something else. It starts with you!

I am a husband, father of 2 girls (I was told that I was meant to be King)! I have been in the fitness industry since graduating from the University of Florida back in 97. I had the privilege to do an internship with the world renowned Dr. Cooper and the Cooper Aerobics Center.
